Hello,
My name is Niiya Takiyama and I am a graphic artist from the outskirts of new Shiang-Li, on Mars.
Here we have the occurrence of a peculiar phenomenon we call "the Scarecrow"; he is a ruthless criminal that has spore the terror among the people in the planet region. I have to admit that I am fascinated by his unique methodology and the legend he has created for himself.
As a professional animator and a chronic observer of his "case", I took upon me the task of re-creating some of the stories that sustain the myth of this person. I will try to be accurate and objective although these stories are passed along by word of mouth and get distorted along the way.
